Just wanted to write to express my deepest appreciation in the way you handled the listing of my home. Months ago I had listed my home with a different brokerage and after two months of no offers or communication from the listing agent, I had decided to cancel the listing with that agency and try again in the spring. When you called me in March about listing with you and Century 21 Award, I have to admit I was a little negative because of my previous listing experience but decided to meet you anyway and see what strategy you offered to sell my home. After meeting with yu I reluctantly agreed on a selling price $5,000 more than I had previously asked for, which generated no offers, I can't tell you how suprised I was when you callled 4 days later with an offer for full price!
