This review is long overdue! We purchased our home in the summer around June. Mike is truly a wonderful professional who helped us in every way he could to find us a lovely home in the very competitive San Diego market. He is a genuine and honest individual who will not try to make a deal just for his business. He is patient and understanding. There were times where he actually pulled us out because he did not think it was a good buy for us, or we were paying overboard, and he was right! We really felt like family working with him, and it was very easy to communicate to him our needs and wants. He was patient with us, as me and my wife took our sweet time in narrowing down on a property, and worked with us thoroughly at each and every step guiding us who were first time home buyers. We are very happy with our buy, and would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Mike is a 5 star realtor. He found a buyer and worked on our behalf to get a higher price for our home. He also worked with the repairman to get our home ready to pass buyers inspection and close the deal. Mike is a very informative and knowledgeable in the real estate business. I recently used Mike to sell my house in San Marcos. Mike Bajema is an amazing realtor. He sold our condo in Escondido this past summer, and I was impressed with so many things about him. He is a great listener, friendly and easy to work with, and very professional. He is also a GREAT communicator. He texted and called to keep me informed and give me updates. If there was any important information I needed to know, he told me promptly. He also returned all of my communication promptly, answering my questions and responding to my suggestions. I never had to guess about what was going on with my property.He went above and beyond other realtors I've worked with in the past. He himself swept, vacuumed and kept our condo clean the whole time it was on the market to keep it presentable.Mike sold my condo for above asking price when every other condo that was listed in my complex during the surrounding months sold for below asking price. Excellent honest realtor. If you want someone who has your back through the whole process choose Mike. We listened to his advice and we had a full asking price offer within 12 hours of being on market and a second better offer the next day. He really made sure we understood everything and followed up on every aspect of the sale of our house. We were closed in 30 days. Could not have asked for a better experience. He really handled everything and I was extremely impressed.
